NCSS Conference

Choices at NCSS

NCSS Conference
DETAILS

Choices staff members are excited to head to the National Council for the Social Studies conference in Boston on November 22-23, 2024, in addition to NSSLA on November 21.

Stop by Booth 200/202 in the exhibit hall to check out our curriculum, including our newest curriculum units The Vietnam War: Origins, History, and Legacies and The Weimar Republic and the Rise of Nazi Germany. We’ll also have information about our online Digital Editions curriculum platform, upcoming professional development opportunities, and giveaways! Choices is celebrating our 35th anniversary this year, so stop by to say cheers to 35 years of Choices!

In addition to exhibiting, we’ll be presenting a session on our Vietnam War unit on Saturday at 10:20 am in Room 311. All session attendees will receive access to a one-year Digital Editions license for The Vietnam War: Origins, History, and Legacies. And at NSSLA on Thursday at 9:40 am, we’ll be presenting our inclusive and inquiry-based U.S. History Series. NSSLA session attendees will receive a free 1-year Digital Editions site license for our U.S. History Series.

We’re also offering several mini sessions (approximately 15 minutes each) in our booth.
